How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping can vary depending on the delivery location and the store's policy, including the number of products purchased. You can get the exact shipping cost by adding products to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your delivery address. The shipping cost will be updated immediately and displayed in your final cost.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver worldwide.

Can an order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders if you want products to be delivered to different addresses.

Do you offer delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

We accept delivery to P.O. boxes, but we cannot deliver to APO/FPO military addresses.

How can I track my package?

You can find tracking information in your order confirmation or in the shipping confirmation sent to your email address. If an order includes multiple items, each item may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

What to do if my tracking number isn't working?

It may take 3 to 5 business days for tracking numbers to appear in the shipping company's system. Depending on the shipping option you chose, tracking information may not be immediately available, but you can rest assured that your shipment is still proceeding normally. Please contact our customer service if your order has not arrived after 30 business days (U.S.) or 45 business days (international).

What to do if a package is missing?

Most deliveries are made on time. It's rare for tracking to indicate "delivered" even if you haven't received it yet. If your package's tracking information shows it's been delivered but you can't locate it:

  • Check around the delivery location.

  • Verify the tracking status in your order confirmation.

  • Visit the tracking link on your order confirmation to find the local carrier handling your package.

  • Contact the local carrier for more information.

  • Contact our customer service if the package still cannot be found.

Is express delivery available?

Currently, we only offer the standard shipping method for our products.

How can I modify/cancel my order?

You can modify certain order details within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us through our contact form. After that, your purchase will be immediately put into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Are there cancellation fees?

If the order can be canceled, there are no cancellation fees.

Can I apply a promotional code after completing my purchase?

We currently do not support adding a discount code to an existing order. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service.

How to use a promotional code during checkout?

If you have a valid and active promotional code, simply select the products you want to purchase, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the promotional code at that point.

Can I use two promotional codes at the same time?

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes can only be applied once. For each order, only one promotional code can be applied.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We currently do not offer telephone assistance or a customer-assisted ordering service. Please place the order and complete the transaction on your own.

Can I return my package?

If you have issues with your order, please contact us via this contact form within 14 days of order delivery to explain your claim. Our customer service will then assist in providing a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate. In all cases, it is not necessary to return your item. Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs.
